Korean ultrasonic welding technology only use injection machines in the whole production.
Almost all of the welding are to make the part connected to each other by high frequency vibration welding head. so that the two parts of the high frequency welding friction energy is converted to heat energy. and the Thethermal energy wrapped around each other to achieve the purpose of welding.

In other words, there are no any slit among these led modules. and last we still use screw to fix it tightly. so the waterproof IP Rated is up to IP68. better than tradition epoxy resin led module and injection led module.
