our Customer and my story:Help customer win 5 star hotel project

By 4 months efforts, We finally help customer win their 5 star hotel project and finished 6000 meters high quality led strips and ship the goods out directly.

It draw us into the first calling. on March, the Jordan customer called us and need us to make a quotation on strips for their project urgently

1. Providing Prompt replies

We always make customer received our reply within 10 minutes .

2. Professional and Experienced Service

Accordingly to communication, with our experience on our products and industry understanding, We provide customer different solutions on basic of their requirements.

3. Keep Open-Minded and Positive Attitude

We keep posittive attitude and try to reach customers. he didn't reply my emails, we call him directly.

4. Show our sincerity

After quotation, customer need samples to test and show his sincerity to pay the samples.
 
In next several times sample production, We also show our sincerity and not to charge the sample costs.

Maybe our mutual sincerity and trust start to being built gradually

5. Put us in customer shoes

After test samples, customer told us that he got some problems, then we provide him some sggestions and resend led strip samples to him Immediately

Finally,  the problem was solved

6. Let customers win.

I am sincere and serious person. so I always think when you are good to us, we also will be good to you; when you sincerely trust me, I absolutely never make you disappointed

For Example.

1.  Extra connector price

While customer need strip connector while strips are needed, then we purchase it for him and directly give him purchasing price. some are lower than USD0.075/pc. very low. almost no profits.

Actually we just help customer to buy them without no profit.  

2. Shipment

Many customers might think we will earn a sum of money from shipment while they use our forwarder. actually it is wrong misunderstanding.

Shipment service is our extra free service for customers.  

For the shipment 4CBM and 1808KG, our direct CIF cost is USD412, including insurance


Actually, We don't care the accessories price and shipment profits. what we purpuse is to let customer win and let them earn more

7. Beyond customer expectation

When customer confirm samples, the package indeed are also confirmed. it use Antistatic transparent bag,  but in bulk production, we offer customer higher quality and convenient package- silver bag.


8. Good after-sales sevice

As mutual trust, customer already seldom asked me anything about his order.

Because I will automatically update news for you and keep you informed your order. 


9. We are helping you, not begging for your orders.

After shpiments, the customer sent us another inquiries, but it is a pity that we are not specialized in  this products.  then we directly recommend him another supplier whose professoinally produce it.


We much grateful for customer trust and customer support to us. We much appreciated everything .


When supplier make customer happy,  he may got more, it is same, when customer trust us and make supplier happy, he may got beyond his expectation.

 That is win-win suitation.
